A leading international bank is seeking a customer-focused Personal Banker to join their East Ham branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills who is looking to grow within a reputable financial institution.

You will play a key part in helping the branch meet its sales and service goals by:

• Providing first-class customer service via phone, email, and in person

• Building strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identifying sales opportunities and cross-selling banking products

• Handling account openings, service requests, remittances, and cash operations

• Supporting business development events and customer outreach

• Ensuring adherence to AML, KYC, and internal compliance procedures
