Personal Assistant/Support Worker

Live in Care/ Personal Assistant for a Journalism Student SICA Support is a dynamic and passionate support brokerage dedicated to helping clients access the care and assistance they need.

We're excited to offer an incredible opportunity to support a young adult male living in Sale, Manchester.

We're looking for one or two enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate Personal Assistants who are ready to help support the client in his daily life.

If you're driven, caring, and eager to help someone live life to the fullest, this role is for you

What to expect

• Supporting with all personal care needs
• Helping with cooking and general household tasks
• Support to enable social activities

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who can communicate clearly and confidently in English
• Someone physically fit
• Ideally holds a full UK driving licence
• A patient, understanding, and motivating presence during both good and challenging days
• An interest in sports, films, and food is a huge bonus
• Someone who enjoys being socially active and inclusive, engaging with family members who also live in the property.

Hours & Rota

You will be working on a 4 day on / 4 day off rolling rota.

You will be expected to provide support throughout the day and sleep shifts.

Experience & Training

Experience is welcome but not essential

• full training is provided
• and all offers are subject to an enhanced DBS check.
