Term Time plus 8 weeks in school holidays
Required from December 2025
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
Actual salary: £54,122 - £59,534 per annum for working 40 hours per week for 43 weeks per year
This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our School Administrative team.
The Personal Assistant to the Head of JAGS will be responsible for providing expert assistance and support to the Head by undertaking a range of high-level PA, organisational and administrative duties. The Head has the overview of the outstanding educational provision and safeguarding of over 1200 girls, along with the employment of over 300 staff. The Personal Assistant to the Head of JAGS plays a crucial role in supporting the Head across all areas of school life in this vibrant community.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a PA in a busy, dynamic environment. They will be highly efficient, with the ability to identify problems and bring positive solutions. A confident practitioner, who is calm and positive at all times, they will work with professionalism in liaison with multiple stakeholders.
