Quintons are a leading firm of independent Chartered Surveyors specialising in commercial property within West Berkshire, and a national portfolio of clients. They employ RICS registered valuers and provide advice on sales, lettings, valuation, rent reviews, lease renewals (landlord and tenant) of offices, shops, industrial/warehouse units and sites, commercial development land and residential land.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant, working either 30 or 35 hours a week depending on your requirements. We are open to discussing flexible working options, but ideally, 4 or 5 days per week would be preferred.

Supporting the Director, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the timely production of valuation reports, audio typing and proof-reading documents and scheduling meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Producing Red Book valuation reports and Opinion on Marketing Reports involving audio typing, proof reading and assisting with the assembly of the documents
  • Audio typing and preparation of day-to-day email correspondence for the Director
  • Raising appropriate valuation invoices for clients and Banks and logging all information onto Excel
  • Raising monthly and quarterly invoices for personal properties and supporting the Director in the management of the properties
  • Maintaining an Excel tracker containing yearly valuations, fees, etc.
  • Maintaining and implementing an effective and organised filing system and records
  • Completing regular compliance and service information for Banks
  • Answering external phone enquiries and directing as necessary
About You

You will be an experienced secretary/audio typist with a high level of attention to detail, proof reading and proficient Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel. Your friendly and adaptable interpersonal style will be vital in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
