Job Description

Position Summary

Support Workers (Personal Assistants) assist individuals requiring support to achieve goals and outcomes.

Location

PERTH

Hours & Shift Pattern

32 hours per week. Shift pattern 9am - 9pm with overnight support. Support is provided 24/7; rotas reflect this and are flexible where needed.

Pay

£13.45 per hour.

Driver's Licence

Drivers Required.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
Support clients in expanding their social networks and connections.
Respond to varying support requirements to deliver tailored assistance.

Qualifications

No prior care experience required; values and transferable skills are prioritized.
