Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant role in a real estate company based in London. The agency is looking for a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to help with routine administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the agency.

Qualifications
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to manage a diverse and difficult workload.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Patient and responsible demeanour.
  • The ability to operate under pressure and prioritise tasks.
  • Completely computer literate.
  • Customer service that is both kind and professional (including an impeccable telephone manner).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as being an honest and trustworthy individual.
  • A general understanding of IT and computer work, including familiarity with typical letting agency software.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, as well as a knack for problem solving.
  • Cantonese and Mandarin fluency (both speaking and writing).
  • Although qualification to industry recognised standards (such as NAEA, NFOPP, and ARLA) is desired, though is not essential.
  • Strong negotiation abilities, fueled by a competitive mindset, are desired.
  • Property knowledge is preferable.
