Personal & Sales Assistant to Managing Director Marbella-Based Full or Part-Time


Are you highly organised, driven, and ready to play a key role in one of the Costa del Sol's leading real estate companies?


Affinity Property Group is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking assistant to support our Managing Director across both personal and business-related tasks. This is a varied and fast-paced role with the opportunity to grow within a high-performing real estate team.


Role Overview:


As the right-hand to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will span:

• Executive Assistance - diary management, travel arrangements, task coordination

• Sales Support - assisting with enquiries, client follow-up, CRM updates

• Admin & Compliance - document management, preparing forms, basic legal/admin follow-up

• Client Engagement - supporting on viewings, translating (if needed), and ensuring smooth communication


You'll be a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

• Have sales acumen and a proactive mindset

• Are highly organised, reliable, and solutions-focused

• Have a strong grasp of administrative processes

• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Bring discretion, professionalism, and positivity to every task
