Personal Assistant / Support Worker Supporting Two Young Adults - Stockton-on-Tees - TS21

We are looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Personal Assistant/Carer to support two young adults who require full-time care.

This rewarding role involves working 12 hour shifts in partnership with four other PAs, providing consistent, person centred support in a friendly and positive environment.

About the Role

• Supporting two young adults with their daily living needs
• Providing personal care and assistance with routines and activities
• Encouraging independence, wellbeing, and engagement in everyday life
• Working closely with other support workers on opposite shifts to ensure continuity of care
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive atmosphere

Hours

• 12 hour shifts
• Flexible working pattern to include overnights
• Hours may increase or decrease depending on care requirements and circumstances

Wage Rate

£13.50 per hour

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A good communicator with a positive attitude
• Experienced in care work (preferred but not essential, as the right attitude is most important)
• Committed to providing high quality support
• Car driver with own car
