To support a 55 year old lady who is a stroke survivor and wheelchair user to access the community. Client's mobility car to be used (driving licence required).

• Manual Handling (Hoist - training will be given)

• Attend Stroke Club when possible

Hours: 6hrs per week - days and times to be discussed
