Location: Seaton Delaval and surrounding areas

Pay: £14.67 per hour

Hours: 8 hours per week (flexible)

Driver with own car essential

Do you enjoy sports, fitness, and helping others thrive? We're looking for a friendly, energetic Personal Assistant to support a young adult with autism to get involved in community activities and hobbies.

This isn't your typical care role - it's about being a companion, motivator, and activity partner. From football chats to gym sessions, running, and tennis, you'll be helping build confidence, independence, and enjoyment.

What you'll do:

• Support access to sports and leisure activities
• Provide transport and join in the fun
• Build confidence and encourage independence
• Offer friendly companionship and conversation

About you:

• Active, positive, and enjoys sports
• Patient, friendly, and has a good sense of humour
• Confident communicator who can build rapport
• Driver with own car (business insurance required)

Additional information:

• No personal care involved
• Flexible hours (some occasional weekends)
• Employed or self employed options available (self employed rate to be discussed on application)
