About the Role

The Person in Charge holds overall responsibility for the leadership, governance and regulatory compliance of designated services, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred supports.

You'll lead multidisciplinary teams, drive continuous improvement and ensure services remain inspection-ready while supporting individuals to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

  • A relevant health or social care qualification
  • QQI Level 5 (essential)

  • A proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality, person-centred care
