Your Role

• Lead the day-to-day running of a residential service
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Manage and support your staff team
• Ensure full HIQA compliance & service standards
• Work closely with families & MDTs

About You

• Experience in residential/disability services
• Strong leadership & organisational skills
• Knowledge of HIQA standards
• Passion for quality care & positive outcomes
