Are you a passionate leader ready to make a real difference? We're looking for an experienced and motivated Person in Charge (PIC)to lead high-quality residential services supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.

This is more than just a management role - it's an opportunity to shape lives. You'll lead dedicated teams, oversee residential centres, and empower individuals to live with dignity, choice, and independence every day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007
• Driving the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
• Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements
• Inspiring, supporting, and developing staff teams to thrive
• Building strong relationships with families, multidisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders
• Championing best practice in care planning, risk management, and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Nursing Degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) OR a Level 8 Degree in Social Care
• At least 3 years' management experience in health or social care
• A recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ)
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland
