PERM SENIOR STAFF NURSE SURREY PRIVATE HOSPITAL c£33,000+ BENS

Full Time Senior Staff Nurse urgently required for Private Hospital in the Guildford area. Dream Medical is working with a respected Private Hospital in the Guildford area who urgently require full time Senior Staff Nurse. The ideal candidate would inspire others and deliver the highest standards of patient care. You would report to the Senior Ward Sister and be part of a multidisciplinary team. You would lead by example and mentor junior staff, be required to take charge of the ward and make clinical decisions. Your shifts would be rotational between days and nights. You would care for patients undergoing a range of complex surgery as well as for those that require intervention during their oncology treatment or palliative care and for those with complex conditions. This role is full time, and offer a salary of £31-33K pro rata depending on experience plus additional benefits.
