Full Time Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner urgently required for Private Hospital in the Taunton area

Dream Medical is working with a number of respected Private Hospitals in the Taunton area and urgently require full time Scrub Nurse/Theatre Practitioner ASAP

The ideal candidate would be an exceptional Scrub Nurse or Practitioner preferably with orthopaedic scrub experience who has a passion for high standards and a meticulous eye for detail.

Your key accountabilities will include supervising and supporting clinical support and junior staff in the delivery of care, providing education, training and mentorship to meet development needs. Delivering high quality patient care, which is clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate. Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care as part of a collaborative programme.

As a registered Theatre Nurse/ODP you will have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration. You will also have the post-registration experience. Immediate/ Advanced Life Support is desirable. You will be an excellent communicator and team worker, both flexible and motivated, and will feel part of the wider hospital team and understand the importance of continuity in patient care. Candidates must be NMC or HCPC registered.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and offer a salary of £25-27K depending on experience plus additional benefits.
