PERM PRACTICE NURSE WALSALL MODERN GP PRACTICE c£35000 BENS in Walsall

Dream Medical is working with a modern GP practice in Walsall who are currently looking for a full time Practice Nurse to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

You will be working as part of a team alongside GP's, Nurses and healthcare assistants.

Requirements:

Knowledge or experience of Chronic Disease Management
The care of patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems
Child and adult immunisations
Cervical Cytology
Diabetes, Asthma and COPD monitoring
Family planning
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Up to date knowledge of QOF and Enhanced Services
Be fully up to date in terms of clinical updates, immunisations and vaccinations

Salary £35,000 p/a negotiable and dependent on experience.
