Part Time Nurse Practitioner - Southend-on-Sea

Dream Medical is working with a respected Practice in the Southend on Sea area and urgently requires a part time Nurse Practitioner (15 hours per week). This role is ideal if you're looking for a permanent post in a respected Practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat specific conditions in accordance with agreed medical/nursing protocols, within your area of competence.
• Provide access to GPs as necessary, and undertake diagnostic health screening and health promotion at consultation.

Qualifications and Experience

• UK registered nurse with significant post registration experience.
• Independent Nurse Prescriber with the relevant qualification and a Minor Illness and Injury qualification.
• Extensive clinical experience in A&E and/or primary care.
• Evidence of experience in embracing and implementing change to provide high quality health outcomes.
• Relevant knowledge of the QOF management tool.

Salary and Benefits

£48,000 per annum (salary depends on experience) plus additional benefits.
