Perm Full Time Nurse Practitioner urgently required for a Practice in the Yeovil area.

Dream Medical is working with a respected Surgery in Yeovil who urgently requires a full time Nurse Practitioner ASAP.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nurse Practitioner to join a clinical team to increase capacity whilst freeing the GPs. You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of 4 GP Partners, 1 Nurse Practitioner, 1 Practice Nurse, 3 HCAs and an excellent admin team. The position is full time, with salary negotiable depending on experience. If you are looking for a permanent post in a respected Surgery, this could just be the perfect role for you.

• Increase capacity of the practice and support GP partners.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team members (GPs, nurse practitioners, practice nurse, HCAs, admin).
• Provide primary care nursing services as outlined by the surgery.
