Dream Medical are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner at a busy GP Surgery in Dulwich.

The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy. You should have previous experience working in accordance with the NMC Code and working with patients, as well as knowledge of using System One.

• Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations and referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team.

• NMC Registration & Pin
• V100/V300 prescribing qualification
• Proof of immunisations
• Up to date CV
• Experience with minor illness management

• Flexible work hours, up to full-time available
• £55,000 per annum (negotiable, DOE)
• 5-6 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
• Study leave where applicable
• Indemnity included
