Full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner urgently required for a Practice in the Leeds area. Dream Medical is working with a Practice in the Leeds area who urgently require full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent full time Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a dynamic team in Leeds. You would be an experienced nurse who will provide care for the patient from history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.

Responsibilities:

• History taking
• Clinical assessment
• Diagnosis
• Treatment
• Evaluation of care

Qualifications:

• UK registered nurse with post registration experience in A&E and/or Primary Care
• Nurse Prescriber qualification
• Minor Illness and Injury qualification
• Nurse Practitioner qualification is an advantage
• Ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care, work autonomously and collaboratively, be self-motivated, positive and committed

This role is full time, 37.5 hours, salary is up to £50K dependent on experience. A full range of benefits are on offer including NHS pension.
