Peripatetic Centre Manager - Liberty House
Hours: 40 per week
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care? Oasis Runcorn, part of the UK's leading private addiction treatment provider (UKAT), is seeking a dedicated Peripatetic Centre Manager to lead our experienced team and ensure exceptional standards of clinical, operational, and therapeutic care.

About the Role

As a Peripatetic Centre Manager, you will be the driving force behind the smooth running of Liberty House. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, uphold CQC standards, foster a supportive environment for clients and staff, and ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of our rehabilitation programme.

A nursing background is highly desirable, as this role requires strong clinical oversight, confident decision-making, and the ability to work closely with our nursing and therapy teams to ensure the highest standards of client safety and care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strong, visible leadership across the centre.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding, Health & Safety, and UKAT policies.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and clinical governance processes.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, audit performance, and monitor KPIs.
  • Manage staffing rotas, recruitment, inductions, supervision, and ongoing development of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with UKAT's Admissions, Therapy, Nursing, Governance, and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, risk management, and incident management.
  • Promote a positive, recovery-focused culture for clients and employees.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to the nursing team, ensuring safe practice and adherence to clinical standards.
About You

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making a difference.

Essential:

  • Previous leadership or managerial experience in health, social care, clinical services, or rehabilitation.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, healthcare regulations, and risk management.
  • Demonstrable experience in staff management, service improvement, and operational oversight.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills.

Highly Desirable:

  • A nursing qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD or equivalent) or strong clinical background.
  • Experience working within addiction treatment, residential care, or mental health services.
  • Knowledge of CQC frameworks, governance, and quality standards.
Why Join UKAT?
  • A supportive, mission-driven organisation committed to delivering the highest standards of addiction treatment.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • A collaborative, values-led culture where your ideas and leadership truly matter.
  • The chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact every single day.
