Perfume Shop Team Leader: Coaching and Customer Experience

The Perfume Shop is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and coach a diverse team in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead by example and ensure customers feel valued and well-served.

This permanent role offers 13 contracted hours per week with a pay rate of £14.49 per hour, plus Christmas commission, 30 days holiday pro rata, and generous staff discounts on perfumes and partner brands.
