Performance Marketer

We're looking for a Performance Marketer to turn ad spend into predictable, measurable growth.

You will be actively managing, optimising and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms, while contributing to performance strategy across client accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Hands-on management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping,
• Performance Max, YouTube)
• Hands-on management of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn and relevant
• platforms)
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA and conversion performance
• Implement structured testing across creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
• Continuously optimise campaign performance using real data
• Analyse campaign data and identify growth opportunities
• Improve conversion efficiency and reduce wasted spend
• Ensure accurate tracking, conversion setup and attribution
• Identify scaling opportunities across successful campaigns
• Support the Head of Marketing in shaping paid media strategy
• Contribute to campaign planning and forecasting
• Support internal teams with performance insights
• Ensure paid media activity aligns with client commercial goals

We're looking for someone with:

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Confident working directly within ad platforms
• Agency experience is advantageous
