Performance-Driven Content Creator (UGC & Paid Social)

GeistM is seeking a hands-on Content Creator in Dublin to produce engaging paid-social content and help build a reliable creator pipeline across client campaigns. You will film, appear in UGC-style content, and repurpose footage into new variations for testing across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.

The role blends strong visual instincts with practical production skills, working closely with Creative and Growth teams to turn briefs and insights into performance-driven content.
