Role Summary
We're hiring a performance-first content producer with strong instincts for shooting and editing high-converting, scroll-stopping content. You'll play a key role in producing native-feeling, short-form creative across Meta and TikTok that drives results.
This is an execution-led role focused on speed, clarity, and output. The ideal candidate can shoot and edit content that hits performance goals and evolves based on data. You'll report to the Creative Strategist and work closely with our growth team.
- A fast-moving video creative who understands what performs on paid social and why
- Confident shooting predominantly on iPhone comfortable balancing scrappy content with clean, elevated results
- Strong editing instincts for Meta and TikTok, with experience in short-form formats that use motion text, kinetic typography, and bold transitions to drive scroll-stopping impact
- Proficient in CapCut and Premiere Pro. Bonus points if you've explored other emerging tools that speed up the workflow and elevate DROOL's content
- Detail-oriented editor who can take a performance brief and deliver strong assets
- Comfortable reviewing results, learning from what's working, and evolving creative accordingly
- Able to manage a content pipeline independently, from ingesting raw files to final delivery, while staying reactive to performance data
What You'll Be Doing
- Shoot and edit performance content built for paid social, across product, creator, and brand angles
- Lead content production from raw shoot footage to final edited deliverables
- Take internal shoot footage, UGC, and campaign assets and turn them into high-converting ads
- Track top-performing creative and evolve editing styles and formats based on results
- Maintain a clean pipeline of working files, exports, and content tagging
- Support internal shoot logistics where needed filming, lighting, and setup for iPhone
- Handle weekly creative editing load across Meta and TikTok testing priorities
- Salary range £40,000 - £50,000 based on experience
