Description

Are you an analyst who is passionate about using data to drive decision making? We're looking for a Performance Analyst (Marketing Strategy and Planning) to analyse data to enhance campaign performance, audience engagement and return on investment across our marketing and communications activity.

What does this role do?
  • Design and maintain a measurement framework for marketing and communications activity, defining KPIs to measure performance against and regularly reporting on performance across these metrics
  • Identify trends, patterns, insights and performance drivers, and provide recommendations based on data analysis
  • Support the team with testing and experimentation, gathering evidence for various approaches and building an experimentation log
  • Complete econometric modelling, understanding the impact of different marketing activities on brand awareness and income generation, using statistical methods to measure and quantify impact

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 22nd and 23rd April 2026, and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience of creating KPI frameworks, and a clear understanding of measuring and understanding brand health and management. You'll need experience of building and implementing econometrics modelling, and strong experience of data handling and building automated dashboards. You'll have excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for varied stakeholders. A creative, user-first mindset is key, as well as a flexible, continuous improvement focused approach.
