Performance Analyst - SC Cleared - £450 per day

We're looking for an SC-cleared Performance Analyst to join a large-scale public sector programme, supporting performance reporting, insight generation, and data-driven decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyse and report on performance metrics, KPIs and delivery outcomes
• Produce clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and trend identification
• Work closely with delivery, operational and leadership teams

Experience required:

• Proven experience in a Performance Analyst/MI/Reporting role
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Experience working in UK public sector or regulated environments
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Active SC clearance (must be held and transferable)
