Performance Analyst - Public Sector - Google Analytics & GDS Standards

Location: 3 days per week in Manchester/2 days remote working.

Start Date: Immediately.
Rate: £300-350 inside of IR35

We're working with a public sector client who is seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to support the delivery of user-centred digital services in line with GDS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse service performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and other reporting platforms.
• Translate data into actionable insights to improve service delivery and user experience.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure services meet performance KPIs and GDS assessment criteria.
• Present findings clearly to stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience working as a Performance Analyst on government or wider public sector digital projects.
• Azure
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with GDS performance frameworks and service standards.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate data-driven insights effectively.
