People Systems HR Support Analyst

We're hiring a People Systems HR Systems Specialist in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Specialist to support on the successful delivery and ongoing assistance across our HR systems platforms. The role will see the individual working alongside HR and payroll teams & the wider business providing comprehensive support and timely resolution of systems queries & ad-hoc change requests from across the growing number of businesses that are supported by the Liberty Global Shared Services Centre. Sitting within the Enterprise Systems HCM Team, you will work with the HR Support Manager in managing incidents, defining customer requirements and you will ensure the change governance process is followed for any system or process activity. This will be a wide-ranging role covering support needs as necessary and will also include reporting, audit, compliance and change governance process our HR systems platforms. The role will see the individual working alongside HR and Payroll operational teams & the wider business providing comprehensive support and timely resolution of systems queries and ad-hoc change requests from across the growing number of businesses that are supported by the Liberty Global Shared Services Centre. You will be involved in providing 2nd line support for Oracle Fusion. You must be experienced in conforming to Service Level and Support Agreements, Audit, Security and Compliance standards, and maximising customer satisfaction. The role includes occasional travel to UK locations.

What will you be doing?

Responding to specialist HR systems queries and data issues and follow them through to a successful resolution working closely with the People Services and Oracle HCM teams to prioritise systems enhancements driven by continuous improvement activity or systems issues. Daily management of the incident management queue addressing incidents through to a successful resolution ensuring timely responses within service levels to customer requests. Support data uploads between Oracle and external providers Generate business requirement documents that enable efficient and effective solutions to be built and review solution design documents against requirements, collaborating with Oracle HCM teams to ensure they meet customer requirements. Provide guidance on key Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS modules and other HR systems.

We tend to look for people with:

• Experience within a similar system Support /Analyst role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end HR Processing.
• Experience working with Oracle HR Fusion modules and basic Oracle EBS.
• Experience Working with large data populations and sensitive people data.
• Ability to manage own workload and conflicting priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
• Strong skills in reporting and manipulation of data.
