Job Description
BMT is seeking a People Systems & Reporting Manager to shape and enhance our People technology, data and reporting capabilities. You will ensure systems are reliable, aligned to business needs and deliver workforce insights that inform decisions across the organisation.
You will lead a team, drive automation, governance and data quality, partnering with IT, Finance and external partners. Experience with Power BI and GDPR knowledge is essential to support global People operations.
