People Strategy & ER Advisor

Fenwick Limited is searching for a confident People Advisor to join their People team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role is key in supporting managers and enhancing a positive workplace culture by balancing hands-on advice with strategic insights.

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of HR and employment law, alongside excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. You will play a significant role in case management and policy development to support effective people management.
