People Services Support Team Member (Glasgow Based)

As a People Services Support Team Member, you will deliver agreed People Services activities in line with business requirements and relevant regulatory and compliance standards.

Delivering a great customer experience to our colleagues is central to this role. You will act as a professional, timely, and high quality first point of contact for HR related queries across the organisation. You will resolve queries at the earliest opportunity, using sound judgement to escape more complex cases where appropriate, always ensuring a positive and supportive colleague experience.
