People Services Manager: HR & Payroll Operations

Ark is seeking a People Services Manager in West London to lead onboarding, benefits administration, employee changes, and offboarding. You will manage a growing team currently two People Officers and a temporary role, delivering a responsive, accurate and values-led employee experience.

As part of the People Operations team, you will ensure policy compliance, data quality and continuous improvement while rolling out iTrent across the Ark network and schools.
