As a People Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring a seamless employee experience across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of People Services, the People Services Manager (PSM) leads on delivering key priorities for the Directorate.

The role involves comanaging a centralised People Services team to ensure seamless, consistent day-to-day operations across the employee lifecycle, from selection and onboarding to promotions and reward.

We're looking for someone who can lead, coach, and motivate the team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver data-driven insights to influence strategic decisions.

You'll work closely with the wider People Team and leaders to ensure consistency and a great employee experience.
