People Partner & HR Advisor - Employee Relations

Maison Estelle is a private members' club in a Grade I-listed Georgian townhouse in Mayfair. We seek a People Advisor to partner with managers, provide practical HR support across the colleague lifecycle, and drive compliant, fair people practices.

This hands-on role involves coaching managers through complex matters, supporting colleagues through key moments, and ensuring a positive, discreet, and legally compliant workplace culture.
