The Role

As a People Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting them in delivering their strategic and operational goals through effective people management. You'll balance strategic partnership with hands on delivery, providing expert guidance across the full employee life cycle.

Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives.

Act as a trusted advisor, influencing decisions with sound HR insight and commercial acumen.

Drive organisational design and workforce planning to ensure the right capability, structure, and talent are in place.

Champion a positive, inclusive, and high performing culture.

Support the business in embedding company values and leadership behaviours at all levels.

Identify current and future talent needs and collaborate with Learning & Development to build targeted development plans.

Coach and up skill managers to strengthen leadership capability and people management confidence.

Support succession planning and talent mapping across business areas.

Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.

Advise managers on policy interpretation, performance management, and best practice.

Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure compliance with employment law and company standards.

Lead and support organisational change initiatives - including restructures, integration's, and cultural transformation projects.

Build strong communication and engagement plans to ensure successful change adoption.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both strategic insight and a hands on approach. You'll likely have:

Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast paced, evolving environment.

Strong relationship building skills and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.

Solid understanding of employment law, HR best practice, and organisational design.

Experience driving change, engagement, and performance initiatives.

Excellent communication, problem solving, and commercial awareness.

CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is essential.
