People Partner - Onsite Resort HR & ER Leader

Butlin's Conferences & Events in Bognor Regis is seeking a People Partner to support the resort's people activity and develop a proactive people plan. You will partner with leaders across all areas, working with Recruitment, L&D, Internal Comms and Payroll & Reward to anticipate and meet key requirements.

You'll also manage resort-based case work, coaching leaders through complex employee relations matters and acting as a trusted advisor to the team.
