People Partner - HRBP for Turnaround (12-Month FTC)

Superdry is seeking a People Partner to shape and deliver people and talent strategies during a maternity cover FTC. You will lead and develop a People Advisor, steer employee relations, and partner senior stakeholders to drive the turnaround of the business with pragmatic, commercially-focused decisions.

You will upskill leadership, align resourcing and development with business needs, and ensure compliant practices across the employee lifecycle.
