People Operations Partner

De Beers Group in Maidenhead is seeking an HR Advisor to provide day-to-day HR advisory and operational support across UK HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits, data management and people processes.

You will work closely with managers and the People Partner to deliver a professional, compliant HR service and ensure consistent employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
