People Operations Manager Waterford

Overview

Bus Éireann is seeking an experienced and proactive People Operations Manager to join our Waterford Area Management Team.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the clerical team and ensure that all people-related aspects of Operations in Waterford are delivered effectively, aligned with the Regional Operations Plan and compliant with HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work in close partnership with the Service Delivery Manager to support seamless operational performance and strong people management across the region.
• Drive employee engagement and lead workforce planning activities.
• Ensure adherence to key HR policies such as Attendance, Dignity & Respect, Discipline and Flexible Working.
• Collaborate with the broader regional team while managing the Waterford operations clerical function.
• Shape a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.

Reporting

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager.
