People Operations Manager, Limerick

Bus Éireann is seeking an experienced and proactive People Operations Manager to join our Limerick Area Management Team.

In this key leadership role, you will oversee the operations team and ensure that all people-related aspects of Operations in Limerick are delivered effectively, aligned with the Regional Operations Plan and compliant with HR policies and procedures.

You will work in close partnership with the Service Delivery Manager to support seamless operational performance and strong people management across the region. Core responsibilities will include driving employee engagement, leading workforce planning activities and ensuring adherence to key HR policies such as Attendance, Dignity & Respect, Discipline and Flexible Working.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with the broader regional team while managing the Limerick operations function. This role offers the opportunity to shape a positive, productive, and high-performing work environment.
