Role specification

The purpose of the role is simple: help us attract, develop, support, and retain the exceptional talent required to realise our strategic ambition. Working closely with senior management, you will be accountable for people-related processes and activities including candidate attraction and selection, talent pooling, onboarding, people policies and processes, staff engagement, culture, development investment, performance review and reward processes, and other people-related activities as required.

  • Shaping and managing candidate attraction and selection activities, including digital and social marketing of vacancies; direct outreach to proactively target candidates; managing the candidate experience and communications; internal coordination of the selection process including organising interviews, assessments, etc.
  • Establishing and managing talent pools of above-the-line candidates to be appointed as roles open up; maintaining warm communications; making recommendations to senior management.
  • Shaping and managing new colleagues' onboarding - formal and compliance activities, ensuring a warm, successful landing, coordinating regular induction sessions, and supporting those who join in between programmes.
  • Timely, compliant, and impactful delivery of people-related policies and processes such as probationary reviews, development coaching/line management activities, staff engagement activities including staff forum and engagement surveys.
  • Supporting senior management and staff forum to shape culture through tangible actions that encourage engagement with strategy and values.
  • Managing delivery of investment in staff development, including external training, networking, and personal development budgets.
  • Coordinating formal performance review and reward processes, facilitating candid feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Other people-related activities as required to support strategy and operational growth.
Working location

At least four days a week in our Farringdon HQ.

Package
  • Basic salary £40 50k depending on experience and expertise.
  • Up to 20% bonus based on firm and individual performance.
  • 27 days' annual leave, rising to 30 through performance.
