People Operations Coordinator

Nexus People are recruiting a People Assistant to join our client's busy logistics operation in Corby. Reporting to the People Manager, you will support the delivery of a proactive People service with a focus on onboarding, administration and employee relations.

You will handle data with strict confidentiality, communicate clearly across teams, and contribute to continuous process improvements while maintaining GDPR compliance. The role offers training and development within a supportive team.
