People Operations Coordinator

Onecom, the UK's leading business technology provider, is seeking a People Co-ordinator based in Whiteley, Hampshire. You'll be the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, supporting onboarding, lifecycle changes, and documentation to ensure smooth operations and a great employee experience.

In addition to admin duties, you'll maintain HR records, assist payroll data, produce people reports, and help with performance and compensation cycles.
