People Operations & Onboarding Coordinator

REISS is seeking a meticulous People Coordinator to support our People processes across the employee lifecycle, delivering accurate records, payroll support and first-line queries. You'll be the operational backbone ensuring GDPR compliance and high-quality administration in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll work closely with the People Team to maintain files, tracker accuracy and timely onboarding, leaving colleagues with a positive employee experience and strong data integrity.
