People Operations & Data Systems Lead

Nscale is hiring a People Process & Operations Manager to design, build, and scale the operational backbone of our People function. You will work with HR leaders, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution across people operations, data integrity, and process excellence.

You'll own end-to-end operational delivery of people programs-from onboarding to compensation administration, benefits management, and HR systems.
