People Lead, Global SaaS - Culture, Growth & Talent

Gridcog International is seeking a practical, commercially minded People Lead to own and grow Gridcog's people function as we scale our globally distributed SaaS business. You will partner with the CEO and executives across hiring, onboarding, performance, engagement and compensation.

You will shape people processes, culture and operating rhythms, advise managers, and drive practical improvements to keep our high-performing, values-led organisation on track during rapid growth.
