People Experience & Culture Lead

The Runnymede Trust is seeking a People and Culture Manager to lead and develop the organisation's people function, ensuring an inclusive, positive experience for colleagues throughout their time here.

Reporting to the Director of Operations and Finance, the post holder will deliver HR advice, oversee key people processes, manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, wellbeing and off-boarding, and help develop management capability.
