People Director - AI-First Talent Leader

Capital on Tap in London (Moorgate) is seeking a Head of People to lead the People, Talent, and People Ops teams and drive our AI-first operating model. You will partner with the CEO, shaping talent strategy and culture while delivering exceptional people outcomes across the business.

Based in the Moorgate office, you will work in-office at least 3 days per week, with occasional travel to our other offices in Brighton, Cardiff, and Manchester.
