People-Centric Housing Scheme Administrator

MSV Housing seeks a Scheme Administrator to deliver high-quality housing management support at Elmswood Park Extra Care Scheme. You will be the main contact for residents, handling face-to-face and intercom inquiries and coordinating activities with housing, onsite care and statutory services.

You will manage administrative tasks, assist residents through applications, and promote inclusive service delivery while supporting health and safety requirements and safeguarding commitments.
